Book a SessionPeople are not broken mechanisms. Most of the time, a person doesn’t need advice or instructions, but a space where they can pause and see things more clearly. My role is to sit beside you and help you notice how you hold yourself together in the storm of life. Together, we connect the dots, remove unnecessary noise, and look for what can become a source of support. Gradually, there is more understanding of yourself, your feelings, and your choices. A sense of inner stability returns, along with the ability to breathe more deeply even when life remains challenging. In my work, I combine different therapeutic approaches and adapt them to each individual. No templates or universal solutions — just structured, gentle work that respects your pace.
For those who keep most things inside, rarely ask for help, and are used to relying only on themselves and staying strong in any situation.
For professionals, leaders, parents, and anyone who takes care of others daily and is used to keeping many things under control.
For those facing emotional burnout, chronic stress, or a loss of inner stability and balance in daily life, often feeling drained by constant demands.
Moving, changing countries, divorce, loss, or other periods when familiar sources of support shift.
For those who analyze a lot, seek connection with their feelings, and want to hear their needs more clearly.
For those tired of living through self‑criticism and wanting more freedom and inner support.
The inner changes that unfold gradually throughout the therapeutic process.
Gradually, tension decreases and a greater sense of grounding and safety begins to appear.
Understanding your feelings, reactions, needs, and inner contradictions more clearly.
Restoring inner coherence and a sense of wholeness.
Therapy is a collaborative process. At every stage, it’s important that things feel clear, safe, and manageable for you.
We get to know each other, discuss your concerns and expectations. I explain how I work, and together we decide whether this format feels right for you.
We explore your situation, feelings, and habitual reactions. Gradually, it becomes clearer what maintains the tension and what helps reduce it.
We learn to notice your inner sources of support, build boundaries, and relate differently to yourself, your relationships, and what’s happening around you.
We summarize the results, acknowledge what has changed, and discuss how you can continue relying on this experience beyond therapy.
I am Denis German, an integrative psychotherapist.
Since 2005, I have been supporting people through life crises, transitions, and periods of searching for inner stability. I have extensive experience in long‑term individual therapy and in accompanying clients through crises, meaning‑seeking, and personal transformation. I combine structure with gentleness, helping you better understand yourself, your feelings, and your needs. My core academic background is based on a Master’s degree in Psychology. My professional therapeutic qualification is in Positive Psychotherapy, in which I work under regular supervision. I practice integratively, drawing on CBT, Gestalt, psychodrama, and other contemporary approaches — depending on the needs of each client.
I believe that resilience is born not from fighting yourself, but from a deeper understanding of what is happening within.

Structured therapeutic work aimed at restoring inner stability, reducing anxiety and internal tension, processing traumatic experiences, and gaining a clearer understanding of your feelings. Over time, a stronger sense of inner support develops, and tension becomes easier to notice and regulate.
Format — 50 minutes.
Work with couples that helps reveal relationship dynamics, understand the roots of crises, restore connection, and build more stable ways of relating. Suitable for situations involving loss of trust, infidelity, emotional distance, or imbalance in the relationship, as well as periods when it is important to distinguish personal needs and boundaries.
Format — 90 minutes.
Therapeutic work with parents focuses on understanding children’s reactions, reducing anxiety, strengthening parental confidence, and restoring emotional connection. We explore fears, developmental crises, and the child’s behavior to see deeper causes and ways to support them.
For adolescents, this is a space where they can safely talk about their feelings, fears, and the challenges of growing up. Gradually, it becomes easier to understand their experiences, rely on their own reactions, and build healthier relationships with parents and others.
Format — 40–60 minutes.
